I shot Natalie and Arie’s sick (in the good way) engagement session this weekend in Aventura while sick (in the bad way). We’d originally planned to get together last weekend and had to cancel because of rain — this week, it managed to hold off until the second we finished, and then poured in typical Miami style.We started shooting over the water on the intercoastal while they told me the story of how they met and shared how excited they are for their killer wedding at the Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach next year. We took off across the street to the Aventura Marina, and because Arie’s a lifelong tennis player (he’s competed in The Maccabiah Games), we made sure to spend some time on the tennis courts before the rain came down. Natalie and Arie, you’re such a cool couple, and I wish you the best — I’m really excited for you guys!
