I haven’t shot at the New River Inn in downtown Fort Lauderdale since Phil & Jenny’s wedding earlier this year, so I was excited to get back for a portrait session with Daniel. Yeah, we basically killed it.

Nicole | Coconut Grove

Stephanie and I love Fort Lauderdale, but every time I’m in Coconut Grove I wish we lived there. I love the culture, I love the art scene, and most of all, I love the old world feel. So it was pretty awesome to get to shoot two sessions there this weekend! I got together with Nicole, and despite the insane Miami heat, we shot for a few hours on The Streets of Mayfair and rocked it. Three important things you should know about her:
1) She’s adopted the spider that randomly roams around her office and named him Guiseppe.
2) She’s got the movie Anchorman memorized and can quote it in pretty much any situation and context.
3) Further reinforcing the previous point, she has a maroon car named (what else?) Ron Burgundy.

Erika’s one of my 2011 Senior Reps, and I’m crazy excited to have her on board. We met up this morning at the crack of dawn to shoot her rocking Senior Session — between my killer model, the morning light, and my new tilt-shift lens, things turned out pretty legit!
